Company History

Universal TImbers was founded in 1976 by entrepreneur Emil Nemirovsky.  Originally known as 'Emil's Cabinets,' this exciting new business was launched with the principal of giving customers what they want as soon as possible at the cheapest price.  Emil's business flourished and it wasn't long before word spread and the company grew at an exponential rate. 

Emil later teamed with skilled contractor Idor Balbin to take the company into a new era of growth and success.  Today, Universal Timbers supplies benchtops and cabinets to thousands of customers all over Victoria each year whilst staying firm to the prinicpal of giving customers what they want, as fast as possible and as cheap as possible.
